Holes: The mesh apertures (holes) must be identical in size and shape.

Strands: Look for consistent thickness. Thin spots are "weak points" that will break first.

The intersections (nodes) should be fused solid.

Test: Try to peel the joints apart with your fingers. If they separate or tear easily, the extrusion quality is poor.

Action: Pull the mesh hard and release it.

Result: High-quality mesh should snap back to its original shape. If it stays deformed or "baggy," it lacks proper molecular orientation.

Action: Fold a strand sharply.

Result: It should be flexible. If it snaps or shows a white stress mark, it likely contains too much low-grade recycled filler and will become brittle quickly.
